Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, what your enquiry is about and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your email.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry, including any trade or stockist enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own use.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in answering the questions people send us, or taking steps you have asked for before entering into an agreement (for example, a trade enquiry).

Who handles it

The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that passes your message on to our email inbox. It processes your details only to deliver the message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts are stored on this website, so loading a page does not send your details to a font service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. You can also object to how we use it.
